He could put on charm and smile when he could, sure, but that actually makes the effect even better. It shows how utilitarian he is. You can tell behind those smiles and gestures of "thank you" there is zero soul whatsoever. Every other time he has what I described as a scowl. Even the way he moves is very subtly unnatural.

Yeah, we all know this movie was amazing. I think it's not just one of the best sequels ever but also the best unnecessary sequel. T1 was a perfect closed loop and didn't even need a sequel, yet T2 delivered regardless.

Yeah he was the upgrade in every way. Even Skynet didnt trust the T-1000. But I think T1 could both be a standalone or followed up with a sequel like T2. T2 closed the loop as well. T1 they were on the defensive and keeping Sarah and John existing. T2 Sarah went on the offensive and destroyed Skynet. I only count T1 and T2 because the other movies main plot point is nuh-uh didnt stop skynet because we need money. Except for Dark Fate which did actually respect the plot of T2 but was not good enough for me to care about.
