I recommend emergen-c, magnesium glycinate, ibuprofen, antihistamine (diphenhydramine, promethazine, hydroxyzine, Zyrtec), and vitamin d supplements(should be taking those if you don't stay out in the sun anyway). If you struggle with it to where it causes a ton of congestion then doctors have always written me a shitload of steroids and z pack antibiotics. I dunno why the course of action is antibiotics but tbh I stash antibiotics and put them in the fridge in case SHTF.
