The black ninja outfit isn't real at all,real ninja wear normal clothes and looked like random people, that's why it seemed like they were every where and it's more stealhy then a black outfit that everyone would immediatly reconigze,imagine that anyone of your workers or anyone you are in the streets was a ninja out to get you? You would never see it cominho To add to this, the black outfit comes from old theatre. Stage hands would wear black to signify that they are supposed to be ignored. Then one day one of them pulled out (I believe) a sword, revealing they were part of the play all along. Hence the association stuck. --- "The US is not a single country.
