Has there ever been a situation where someone has multiple trials scheduled in multiple jurisdictions like this? This is nuts.

I believe Jack Smith said he expects the January 6th trial to last 4 to 6 weeks. If he gets his January 2nd trial date, that will run over the two civil trials in January. I'm guessing the civil trials would get delayed in favor of the criminal one if necessary. Trump didn't show up at all to the 1st E. Jean Carroll defamation trial, so I guess they could go without him again.

I'm guessing the RICO trial is going to take a long ass time since there are 19 defendants, so that would run over Alvin Bragg's trial...

I'm probably gonna have to see if some people in the legal profession comment on this for more detail or something.
