Topic	Megaman Battle Network 4 is as bad as I remember

Battling is a blast especially if you can find people to battle against, but 4 is definitely one of the worst titles in the series overall. I was a high schooler when 4 came out, so nobody was playing this. Was it more of an elementary school thing? I never knew anybody that was actively playing this 20 years ago.
