My coworkers are nice and there are no dicks and on occasion I will go out with them for drinks but I dont feel like I know any of them really. Everyone is so busy. Oftentimes we dont socialize that much. The problem is you dont really speak to people outside of your department. For a long time my department was only me and my boss and my boss always leaves early because he has an infant that he has to take home from daycare after work. hell until about tomorrow my department was scattered through the office. My office just acquired a location next to our office.
