If you've been eating a large breakfast, cutting to a serving of yogurt and a glass of orange juice is going to be miserable. Consider some things that have more volume - I really like to sautee up a handful of spinach with breakfast eggs, though other greens would be fine too.

I have a hard time believing that any 0 calorie orange juice is either made of oranges or actually juice. Is it possible you misread the label and it's actually 0 sugar added OJ? If it isn't...try real hard to either switch to water or just get real orange juice. You'd be better off drinking water and eating a <fruit of your choice> instead, but I think it's fair to have a small indulgence.
