I ate 4 eggs, spinnach and a bagel and lost 25 pounds while eating that every day for breakfast. It's all about the positives and negatives of what you put into your body and obviously yes you have to move. Always try to add greens to your meals, they boost your metabolism very well and believe it or not the order of how you eat things matter too, so always eat the veggies first. An easy, fullfilling and tasty dinner is zucchini, chicken breast and half of a cup (makes 1 cup) of rice of your choosing. Try to stay away from drinking your calories. It'll take a week or so, but train yourself on water. I'll give more recs but here is a baseline you can follow. Greens, protein, movement (walking does the trick) is key.
