NoxObscuras 08/09/23 8:34:00 PM #55: | Yeah like others have said, you may not feel like you're eating a lot of calories, but between all of that milk and the bread, you're adding on a lot. 8 oz of whole milk is roughly 150 calories, so 3 times a day is 450. A slice of bread on average is 80 calories per slice. So a sandwich for breakfast and dinner comes to 320 calories worth of bread.
That's 770 calories just from the milk and bread. And that's not even accounting for the potential that your milk servings are larger than 8 ounces.
