A doctor gave me advice to drink two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with two cups of water. He also said to add lemon juice and cinnamon, but I think that's mostly for taste... I sometimes use oranges instead. But yeah, I've been drinking it every night and have been steadily losing weight ever since I started months ago.This is a great tip.
