This is pretty true. Lots of people think it's like pooping where you can kind of feel it moving along. It's more like it moves and you don't know where it is but you're out of pain so who gives a fuck, then it gets stuck again and you're feeling it. You can kind of guess where it's at from where you're feeling pain. Then it's just over.

TCs case might be a bit different though because it's pretty large. Most of my experience are with ones 3-5cm. They're a lot easier to pass unassisted or at worse with some Flomax to dilate the pipes.
