I have gotten them twice, and both time, Cranberry Juice made "swift" work of them. Around 2 days I was able to naturally get them out of my system via peeing. It HURT bad, both having the stone, and releasing the stone. Once they're made and passing you're not really doing much besides making extra pee to blast them out as efficiently as possible.
