As I am done responding to Rev's baiting in this topic, I will agree with you all that the Constitution, the law of the land for the government in how to conduct itself, has neither bearing nor determination in whether or not a threat has been issued. This would be like trying to fit pieces from separate-sized puzzles with differed themes. It would be equally irresponsible to mention how a bar and grill in Vermont does business as if that would tell us what one manchild means when he declares anyone going after him will have him going after them.

He threatened anyone that goes against him. How is that not a direct threat to people that are currently preparing a case that goes against him?

Like I had mentioned before, this is the general threat. Pair with timing and events, and it is clear whom the message was meant for. These pieces do fit.
