I've been looking for something to help prevent it. Someone once suggested wearing a bit over my teeth, though that's no good to me if it only happens when I'm eating, which I can't effectively do while wearing a bit. Other than that, everyone I talk to about it ends up advising me to just try not to bite the inside of my mouth. Like it's something I'm doing out of indulgence or something, like nail-biting. It's not.
