This is like back in the day when every rando who couldn't talk to a girl said they had Asperger's. It's a real mental disorder (I know it's no longer called that), and it doesn't stop being a real thing just because some people on the internet mislabel themselves. And some of us with Asperger's DO know how to talk to girls, which made that kind of insulting.
