Many attractions require reservations (free, but the website charges a small fee).

You should contact your representative for tours of the White House, Capitol, Library of Congress, National Archives, Pentagon, Mint, and I can't remember what other federal buildings.

The Holocaust Museum requires tickets, but you can get there early in the morning for same-day tickets.

I was there in June 2022, so some of this info may be outdated, but it has been the procedure to contact your rep for certain tickets for a long time.
