Topic	List games that have a good balance of believable and fun stealth mechanics?

However, even if the bodies disappear, those people are still gone forever. You dont think loads of people vanishing might have an impact on the remaining populace? Especially with rumours of a masked assassin circulating? Considering that most of the interactions we see with guards are them bullying and tormenting the civilians?
