The title suggests it is hourly pay, so that means you work hourly, not commission or salary.

If you work hourly, you cannot work more than 40 hours in a week, otherwise you legally have to get overtime. Thus, one should assume 40 hours a week, maximum.

"No day off" suggests you work 7 days a week, but since the hourly bit means you can't work over 40 (or else it becomes greater than $500/hr), that means 40 hours spread over 7 days.

Thus, based on the topic, I would work a few years at $500/hr, 40 hours a week, over 7 days.
