My top 3:

1) Meddle - Surreal and epic. The first half of the album is an eclectic mixed bag and may turn off some listeners with it's psychedelic oddness, but the 20 minute long Echoes is so mind blowing it would make any album their greatest.

2) Dark Side of the Moon - Big surprise! But there's a reason this is considered one of the greatest albums of all time. Much more accessible than some of their early work. A concept album where every song is actually great alone or together.

3) Wish You Were Here - Like Meddle, another great album with a musically eclectic half, and then an epic length masterpiece. The straightforward title track is also a beautifully sentimental classic.
