Even if the bacon is mid, if you have high quality tomatoes it's going to be great. And if you can get EVERYTHING to line up... fresh juicy tomatoes... crisp lettuce... smoky, crispy bacon... nice toasted bread that's soft on the inside... and then, if you can get Japanese mayonnaise (like kewpie)... OH. MY. GOD. Ayyy!! These are probably two of the best in town.
