has anyone ever come forward with this type of information under oath? legit asking
Yeah bro, and they always wait until they're retired, just like David here.

There was Paul Hellyer here in Canada. He didn't lose anything with his 'reports', he just gained interview time and plenty of attention.

Same with Haim Eshed in Israel.

Former Navy fighter pilot Ryan Graves did not suffer any consequences for claiming he saw UFOs. And why should he? That's what he thought he saw.

The people that suffer negative consequences are the people that are proven liars, like Bob Lazar. He's made claims of employment and education that aren't true, so he's an obvious liar. Although he's arguably benefited more from his stories than he has endured negative consequences.

David Grusch could earnestly believe the things he claims, or he could be proven a liar if there are inconsistencies. We'll see! A lot of the people that claim these things are super innocent and they did see phenomena that they can't explain, but has been explained by others in hindsight.
