Viewing the current UAP/"NHI" topic only in the context of aliens being inside a craft and visiting Earth is just as silly as thinking there are aliens in flying saucers making crop circles and abducting cows with tractor beams.

There are a number of theories and possibilities as to what all of the modern (post-2004 situations/craft) UAP/NHI craziness is, but the two most realistic possibilities still don't make much sense. If they were highly experimental aircraft being tested, that would imply that the government and/or private companies have had access to engineering, propulsion and energy technology several decades beyond what even the most cutting edge Skunkworks projects of today are capable of. I can't imagine anyone sitting on this technology and not trying to profit off of it or use it to gain military superiority.

The other possibility is that these are foreign (terrestrial) aircraft from a country with significant military funding. We know now that it sure as hell couldn't be Russia, and if it were Chinese technology, again, it makes no sense for them to not put it to immediate use to gain military superiority or at least highly profit off it in a number of fields.

Realistically it's not the common perception of extraterrestrials, it's not Russian tech, and it's not Chinese tech. What other theories or conclusions could be made based off the information and data we know so far?
