Nah it's a 100% licensed, authorized product. Manta Lab is well-known. But at the end of the day they're the ones going ahead with choosing to release this without a physical copy. They easily could have turned this down but instead they went and are asking like $40 USD for the steelbook and like $90 USD for the whole package. Plus $10-$15 in shipping on top of that.
