Thankfully the elemental spread means that all 3 Harmony characters with a damage buff are viable, so you can pick any one of them to directly buff Jing Yuan with the right timing to nuke (and if you have a Welt or Blade to sub DPS as well then proooobably Yukong is best there? Not so good with the math yet.
