This happened to me against several of the tougher bosses in Bloodstained but unfortunately the game crashed when the bosses died because that game is super well made. hombad46 posted... This actually happened to me with ~~Nebilim~~ in Tales of the Abyss. I chose option 2 I guess it might not count as an "action" game but it's an example that came to mind. I had the reverse happen against the final boss where ~~the fight didn't end after Tear stopped singing~~, locking me into an eternal battle where neither side could kill or die.
