I don't know what happened but it disappeared and then a short time later it said it was dead. I assume it pathed out of the map somehow. I just took the free win but Bloodborne autosaves so I don't think I could have gone back even if I wanted. Ha, so after that being the only time I could recall it happening, it literally just happened in a gacha game I play. They released a challenge boss today and there's a glitch that allows infinite turns. If you take the free win (I did), there's no turning back as it's a 1 time clear.
