Topic	It's been 3 years since I talked to my parents

I helped myself. And they didn't want to help themselves and change too. If I can change so can they. And if they don't want to, why do I need to expose myself to that? I have a relationship with my one full blood brother and it's shaky because my mom pitted us against each other our whole childhoods.
