X and X-2 characters that actually deserve to fill out the bottom STATS slot over Shuyin or Garik in my humble opinion:

Nooj(ie Woojie, because of Leblanc alone)
LeBlanc (enough said)
Logos and/or Ormi (bumbling henchman done wrong)
Brother (inoffensive in X, insufferable in X-2)
Shelinda (enough said)

If you ever see me nominate any of these six characters you will know for sure that I'm trolling and not just supporting some "niche" favorite like Dona, Anima, Isaaru, Braska, or Yunalesca. Pure lulz. I detest all of them.

Shuyin never deserved the bottom spot to be honest. Is he the best villain? Absolutely not, but Seymour and Sin and Jecht kinda, but not really would've been a tough act for anyone to follow. He's serviceable enough. And Garik is so "whatever, who cares?" I'm surprised raytan bothered to put him in. He doesn't deserve the bottom spot over a far more memorable and hatable X or X-2 character. Biran or Yenke as mentioned would also be solid choices, but I don't care to nominate either of them in, let alone keep them in long enough to get soft booted repeatedly to tank their STATS.

Random assorted blitzball players, O'aka XXIII, Maechen, and the like have too many random fans to be feasible as bottom slot options. And Wakka is... Wakka. I really DO wish people who genuinely like Kimahri would stop nominating him in only to NOT give him support when he needs it the most and [insert surprise Pikachu face here] when his fuzzy ass gets Sent packing with another hard boot. He is the least useful X party member by a country mile, but he's a unique character and doesn't deserve his checkered contest past any more than Wakka does.

If y'all are dead set on having a X or X-2 character in the bottom then maybe consider actually scraping the bottom of the barrel.
