While its of course very possible my mom just never come across it, this sound like the author made up a description to fit her theory to me. I always view yet another Ripper ID for a book deal with skepticism. Yeah as soon as the article was about to come to an end I realized that it was probably just to sell books About the same age and similar medical conditions isnt enough to identify somebody as a killer lol --- Talk about backseat fishing. ...
