lol dwight earns at least some of the pranks done to him.

he tries to lock the women out of the bathroom iirc because of some jokes.

he starts a fire to teach a lesson he has no business teaching. that leads to stanley having a heart attack i think.

had an affair with angela when she was with andy. equal parts her fault, but there are a few instances (this one included) where dwight tries sticking it to andy because he doesn't like him. shorting him on his suv and then selling it for profit is another. should andy have known better? sure. but dwight did it on purpose.

stuck angela's cat in the fridge when it was still alive and it froze to death and while she's crying he walks away.

stealing jims biggest client after making it tough for jim to finish the call over the course of the day.

there's probably more but that's off rip. plus multiple instances of him being sexist, and his general demeanor being aggressive and hostile.
