Topic	What would you do if the moon got blasted by a huge asteroid.

But the ridiculous scale of the impacts in those clips would probably sterilize the planet. For an asteroid to be naked-eye visible in daylight at more than a light-second it would have to be tens of kilometers across and the velocity of collision is visibly in the 1000 kps range.
