His defense was that he didn't know where the shooter was and was waiting for someone to give him information on his location, even though he was first on the scene, so I guess he was hoping faculty or students would call him. Which of course was why he was still fucking hiding 40 minutes after it was all over. And people treating this coward like a 19 year old rookie is beyond pathetic.. He was a 60 year DEPUTY SHERIFF.
