I once toyed around with Skyrim commands and ended up accidentally coming across the one that completes all quests it claims achievements are disabled when you use commands, but I still ended up unlocking most of them at once.

that might get falsely detected as an achievement manager... but some games are just like that.

For example; Tales of Maj'Eyal is a super SUPER hard HARD-roguelike, but your achievements are unlocked in game and on their website so you have to "sync" your achievements to get them on Steam which causes the timestamps to be messed up sometimes.

Games like this tend to have exceptions
