(JFK > Nixon) Obviously if you go by absolute raw votes it basically becomes a list of elections in order by recency because population growth and 2016 had the highest raw turnout ever at the time, beating 2008 (one of the rare cases where an earlier year edged out the next one) by over 5 million votes. --- May you find your book in this place.
