The internet was a mistake. * If Marvel sold better than DC; and, * Marvel made a well received CU; and, * DC has never sold better than MC; and, * DC made a poorly received CU; This means that the reason Marvel is more successful is because they sold more historically and made a better product historically, hence tertiary characters are more likely to sell both in print and film, meaning said tertiary characters are still more popular than DC characters.
