Topic	I chickened out of my surgery this morning

A surgeon, anesthesiologist, and nurses needed to be put on the schedule, who could have been seeing other patients or actually home with their families if they were on call. Medical coders negotiating with insurance companies about coverage. The planning that went into the survey. They arent just waiting around waiting for people to show up.
