Topic	Rural internet really sucks sometimes.

It seems that - like the Medicare increase under Obama - some red states are refusing to spend it. Might be something to contact your representatives about. Do you have any idea how laughably inadequate that bill was? It's spending over $15k per household connected on average, and has still only reached about 100k homes out of something like 27 million households that need it.
