There are whole communities that live out of their vehicles/RVs that still work, but they can't afford housing/rent. If you're living out of your sedan, sure, but I'd argue that you certainly don't qualify as homeless if you staying in an RV. Edit: Actually now that you mention this, I think I remember watching something similar on YT, people were staying in something like a community parking lot that had head bolts for electrical plugs and also a communal large tented area where people set up tables and kitchen appliances. --- My head's not torn off, my sunglasses aren't broken.
