There's only so many blanks to fill in with this story, so it's easy to assume a lot of things. What happened to him is inexcusable and we should not try to glorify what this woman did. There's just a lot that he could have done to not put himself in this situation too, and considering we have no reason to think he was personally violated beyond the obvious drugging and subsequent robbing at this point (was this woman likely even into him or just after his money and wouldn't he have noticed if any clothing was removed?), it's hard to feel all too terribly for him in consideration of how much worse happens to other unsuspecting people. My current view is that there comes a time where it is appropriate to think of what one could have done to prevent something bad happening to them, so as to prevent future harmful occurrences. It doesn't have to negate the wrongdoing of anyone else.
