Topic	dammit. went for a walk for the first time in years. immediately blister'd.

If you escalate to actually running, Underarmor and Asics are both pretty pricey, but worth it. 3K is just 3 kilometers. IE: 3... k (short for kilometer) It's about 1.8 miles. --- For the TC: If it's the shoes... and you are in the EU... try getting a pair of walking shoes from Decathlon.
