Netflix has made some bad decisions but I'm surprised by the number of people who blame Netflix for their own success, which taught a lot of companies that they were leaving lots of money on the table by not just having their own subscription service. Like every time a company is like "We're pulling all of our content from Netflix and making Touchstone Pictures+" people are like "** Netflix for not having any content!"
