If you're talking about the "do you like X user topics," you're technically right. But those are user generated topics. If there were mod-generated stats, it would be a valid point. A moderator is supposed to recognize there's a layer between the moderator and the userbase. Using a userbase generated poll to insult a user is just encouraging additional dogpiling. If user A puts a butt on user B's face with clown makeup and I call user B an assclown, yes I'm technically right, but it's still an insult violating the ToU.
