Yea but it wouldn't do me any good other than to rent it out and who would want to rent a house where the landlord lives next door. These would be 2 houses side by side at the end of a court so its not ideal to demolish and make a new single larger house. And plus the house I live in is actually really nice and absolutely should not be demolished.
