As crazy as 90s Rogue looked, it makes sense that she covered her body. What happens when an old lady brushes past Gtoh Rogue at Wal-Mart and touches her arm? Dead old lady, I do think at some point, Rogue would become more confident in her abilities and let herself look normal.
