I could maybe accept his argument about giving the dude a platform if it was anything new. It's not, and they knew it wouldn't be. It's still the same old fascist bullshit. And regardless of what terminal journalist brain shit Cooper has to say, you don't have to platform people who staged a coup and have spent the last 3 years trying to destroy democracy because they can't win an election.

Thing to remember here though is that CNN exists to generate revenue. They will do so however they can even if it ends with them getting a person elected who will then do away with things like the very freedom of the press that allows them to platform fascists. Because these capitalists are just that fucking morally and ethically bankrupt.
