| andel 05/08/23 3:22:10 PM #53: | if someone is trying to claim a teacher taking a cheating students phone is any kind of assault, that is demonstrably false and absurd. aggravated assault is a felony that requires intent to cause bodily harm and simple assault or whatever variation of assault is applicable as misdemeanor assault doesn't apply in this scenario quite obviously. now the student is absolutely guilty of assault and it could (but likely won't be) be felonious. this is a situation where the student is very clearly in the wrong and the teacher is very clearly doing nothing wrong. anyone trying to say otherwise is trolling --- I am thinking about just walking into the river now that Megaupload is gone and condoms are in porn.-Fubonis ...
