Unfortunately bringing in people once a week or so is probably necessary to make sure people don't have 4 jobs going on at the same time. The alternative would be upping surveillance but I would much rather come in once a week than have my company spying on me all of the time

Managers love to say this but how do you know that your employees aren't just putting a stuffed mannequin in a polo shirt at the desk to trick you just the same? You would have to stop by everyone's desk every 15-30 minutes just to make sure.

Being a manager is just way too hard
