But the reality is you do not know what people are going through, you do not know if they have been genuinely assaulted, if they are afraid, if they have genuine reason to believe any intrusion of their person / space is a threat to their well being. Which is why you keep your hands to your fucking self.

If someone doesnt want to be touched, then they shouldnt be breaking the rules by using their phone to cheat.

This student chose to break the rules and there were consequences for doing so.

Of course nobody wants to be caught cheating or face the consequences of doing so, but she was caught and so had to face the consequences.
