I have always worked in engineering. you're probably misunderstanding because i said i work in emergency operations for the gov. That is not medical, it is engineering. I do the long term planning to mitigate the effects of natural disasters, such as flooding. I am also on call in case there are any catastrophes. just because you misunderstand something doesn't mean im lying No_U_L7 posted... it's not 3 feet at the window, that's just weird lol. the window itself is quite soundproof, i still can't figure the technology behind it btw i suspect it's 3 feet of concrete on the top and the bottom (ie between floors) and not in between units on the side Sounds like the job you made up is civil engineer yet you thought there were 3 foot concrete walls in your condo.
