I'd probably have laid into my coworkers and if that went nowhere, I'd be looking for another restaurant to work at 12 years. I have a lot of regulars here and I make good money in tips so finding a new place feels like it would hurt me. I have bills and my hobbies to pay for which keep me from taking days off.
